Shot Katrina Taylor on Sunday. The theme was initially to shoot her in corsets she hadn’t shot in before but we ended up shooting more than that! It was a long day shooting, from 8.30am until 7.30pm.

So my first shoot of 2010 and wow I got to use a Ferrari Spyder 360 as the prop! It was a bit of a last minute rush but we managed to find the hot Sarah Knott and cute Imogen Anthony. As usual my partner in crime was Dave @ xploit3d.com. Here’s a few sneak peak photos.

Kristen & Shira chipped in and we booked a room at the lovely Westin Hotel at 1 Martin Place, Sydney. Shot mainly lingere as they both wanted updated lingere for their portfolio. I’m getting more comfortable using the Alien Bees indoors now. Initially I was scared of the power they output but have now gotten so used to them after 2 shoots I’m less than a stop out from initial settings. The softbox is great but I’m really wanting round catchlights so a smaller PLM umbrella is going to be coming my way pretty soon… that or a foldable Octabox.

Last Wednesday afternoon I arrived back from New Zealand and the following day I had the pleasure to shoot with Ally. Here’s a few of my favourites.

Yeah so I didn’t waste time and jumped straight on to my second lingere shoot on Saturday morning. Was difficult trying not to replicate shots and poses and hopefully I succeed in that. Lighting was much simplier this time as we had the sun coming in through the window I used a single 43″ white translucent umbrella.
So on Fri night I shot my first lingere shoot. Was a good experience, quite similar to a bikini shoot in terms of poses but lighting was completely different as there was no sun. Used 2 x 43″ translucent white umbrellas on either side of the model and Nissin PZ400 flashguns. Danah, the model, was great and very little direction was needed.
